RETURNS & TERMS

You have 10 business days from receipt of your merchandise to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit.

Items Not Eligible for refunds include: Promotional give-away items, Sale or clearance items or items no longer in stock.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY MERCHANDISE

If  your merchandise was received damaged or is faulty, please call us immediately at: 855-231-2621. We will either replace the damaged part/s or issue a Call Tag for a return. Call us or email us at tfaorders@marekgroup.com for full return instructions. 

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are non­-refundable. If you should receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Contact tfaorders@marekgroup.com if you have any questions on how to return your item.

You can order 24 hours on our website. We reserve the right to correct pricing and description errors.

ORDER STATUS

You will receive an e-mail confirming your order and a second one when the order has shipped. If the item is out of stock you will be contacted by customer service with a potential in stock date. SALES TAX

All orders will be charged applicable sales tax according to the destination shipping address on your order. Sales tax charges currently apply to WI, IL and TN.

LEAD-TIME

Standard lead time for delivery via ground service within the contiguous U.S. is 5-7 working days after receipt of order. Any item temporarily on backorder due to unusually high demand will be shipped as soon as possible.
